Per la calibrata suspense e la ben orchestrata tensione narrativa con cui viene declinato uno spunto tra Black mirror e Squid Game: una crudele challenge mutuata dal classico gioco da bambini, ma stavolta dalla posta in gioco mortale, cui vengono sottoposte incolpevoli vittime impossibilitate a sfuggirne.

Il Masso degli Orchi ha il coraggio e la sfrontatezza di affrontare un genere poco praticato in Italia, quello di un seriale teen con venature mistery e forse horror. Il gruppo di uomini e donne che si ritrova oggi a fare i conti con un mistero del passato legato alla loro adolescenza tiene le fila di un segreto che prende il lettore per tutta la sceneggiatura. La giuria premia questo progetto per il coraggio e la solidità di scrittura, e augura al creatore di continuare a sganciarsi in maniera originale e personale dai modelli di genere a cui si ispira.
